Cross-border networking of the healthcare ecosystem, cross-regional cross-border missions, joint topics & calls for EU projects as well as highlighting the opportunities in the entire Alps-Adriatic region, especially for start-ups, are some of the results of the Health Tech Hub (HTH) interregional stakeholder workshop held over for two days in february 2024. In addition to the ideas and feedback from colleagues from Tyrol, Carinthia and Styria, the input of participants from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Italy and Germany was particularly valuable. After developing a joint strategy to network the health systems even more closely in the future, a tour of the Medical Science City Graz provided fascinating behind the scenes insights of well-functioning ecosystems. With this newfound spirit and plenty of inspiration, we look forward to THE health event of the year and are convinced that we will be able to bring together many international guests from business, science and research in Graz!
